What Kind of a Dumb Name is That??

A few days ago I wrote to you about Fit Yummy Mummy, the program that
has Moms throwing away their “fat pants” all over the world in
droves.

A few of you had some questions, which I always love to answer…

Q. “What kind of a dumb name is that, anyway??”

A. Ah yes, a rose by any other name…

It’s surprising how often readers write in simply to ask me about
the name of a program.

In this case, I think it’s perfect.

“Fit” is what every Mom wants to be. Who wants to be the frumpy
dumpy looking Mom at the playground, daycare or school? Don’t we
all want to be the super sexy Mom? Of course!

“Yummy” refers to the meals. Now, you could of course just do the
exercises and still eat whatever you want. You’ll get results,
just not the same results someone gets who does the exercises AND
eats the fat burning foods described in the program.

And no worries, the food is wholesome, sensible, nutritious, and
above all, Yummy!

“Mummy” needs no explanation, right? We’re all Mummies or Daddies
in the early years, especially when we’re practicing that foreign
language only parents can decipher… baby talk!

Q. “I’ve got a “pooch” on my lower abdomen since my first
pregnancy. Will this help?”

A. Yes! Remember how flat your tummy was prior to getting
pregnant? By doing the exercises in this program, you can not
only get the flat tummy back, you can even see your abs if you
want!

Q. “I exercise at the gym for at least an hour per day, 4 to 6
days per week, and I still don’t look as firm as I’d like. I
don’t see how doing just 15 minutes per day without going to the
gym can result in any improvement, it’s just not enough.”

A. We’re taught that “more” is better, especially with exercise,
right?

But that’s not always true.

Regular cardio exercises cause pain, injury, and don’t do much to
get you fit.

I know, this isn’t what they told you, but guess what… “they”
were wrong. I’ll prove it…

Look at long distance runners. These people run miles and miles
each day. Yet most of them look soft and almost sickly. Plus
their injury rate is HIGH.

Now look at sprinters. They’re in awesome shape, with very tight,
firm bodies. They look healthier, feel healthier, and have more
energy, along with far fewer injuries.

Short bursts of exercise is the way to go. Scientific studies
have proven this time and time again.

And ALL of the top trainers now agree.

If you want REAL results, go with short burst exercise.

And Fit Yummy Mummy shows you exactly which exercises are the
most effective, so you only need to devote fifteen minutes per
day to your exercise routine.

Q. “What’s wrong with taking diet pills? I don’t want to
exercise.”

A. First of all, diet pills don’t work. Ever notice that the
label says to take their pills along with a “sensible eating plan
and regular exercise?”

It’s like making stone soup. You still need to add the vegetables
and meat, and whether you had put the stone in or not, it would
taste the same (assuming the stone was clean ;-)

If you’re eating sensibly and exercising, you don’t need the
magic diet pill. If you’re not eating sensibly and exercising,
the pill won’t do anything.

And you do not get real energy from pills, only from exercise and
proper eating.

Taking pills for energy only leaves you feeling even more tired
when they wear off. You quickly build a resistance to them,
meaning you need more and more pills (or cups of coffee) to get
the same temporary energy.

Your system gets so messed up, soon you need the pills just to
function. And on it goes.

Real energy, the kind you get from being in shape, eating right,
and exercising, lasts throughout the day. You feel great, you
think clearly, and without sounding too corny, life simply feels
BETTER than when you’re tired and out of shape.

Q. “But the exercise magazines say that diet and energy pills
work wonders.”

A. Every big exercise magazine out there is owned by…

…would you care to guess?

…a diet and energy pill manufacturer.

Need I say more??

Q. “Will I have to make separate food for me and my family?”

A. You could, but why would you? The menus in Fit Yummy Mummy are
nutritious and, you guess it, YUMMY!

So why would you feed yourself healthy, life-giving food, and
feed your family junk?

Fit Yummy Mummy is in my opinion (and the opinion of MANY of its
users) the easiest, fastest way to look like you did BEFORE you
got pregnant…

…or look and feel even BETTER.

Nicole Whelan says she looks and feels better at 31 than she did
at 21! You can judge for yourself, her photo is on the website…

Look, I know you’re a busy Mom. You don’t have ANY extra time to
devote to exercising, but you want to look great again.

Using Fit Yummy Mummy, you will actually have MORE time because
of all the added energy you’ll experience. You’ll probably do
your chores, for example, in half or two-thirds of the time it
takes you now.

So Fit Yummy Mummy actually SAVES you time, not takes it.

And your body is worth the 15 minutes it takes to try it, right?

Just imagine the look on your husband’s face when he sees your
new body…

P.S. Here’s one last question sent in by a very honest Mom…

Q. “But I LOVE junk food! I don’t want to give it up!”

A. Give yourself just ONE WEEK of following the Fit Yummy Mummy
plan.

If after that first week, you don’t love the changes you’re
seeing and feeling, get a refund and go back to feeding your
jelly belly.

Sorry, that was what my mother would call tough love. :-)

But no one can feel great, look great, and have tons of energy if
they’re stuffing their face with junk food.

It’s just common sense.

And once you start to experience the surge of energy and the
positive changes in your body, you won’t want junk food anymore.

After awhile, junk food will actually become repulsive to you,
and you’ll crave only healthy, wholesome food.
